Chicken Cordon Bleu II
About this Cook
I'm married to a soldier and have traveled the world with him, we are proud parents to a very smart and handsome if I might add 3 year old who occupies most of our time together. We both enjoy cooking and trying new recipes so this is a great site!
My favorite things to cook
Anything New! I love to try new recipes...occasionally we have to have a dinner out when a recipe goes bad but luckily that isn't very often!
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mother and I use to make Rosettes for Christmas which I really loved! Other than that we are starting our own traditions with our 3 year old who thinks after watching Rattouille that he is an amazing chef!
My cooking triumphs
I can make just about anything from a recipe....
My cooking tragedies
I can make leg of lamb and everything else you can think of but for some reason minute rice and stuffing from a box elude me :(

Peanut Blossoms II
Delicious and beautiful! They look like they take forever but they are super simple and my 3 year old son even helped by peeling the kisses...this will be in our favorites from now on!

Simple Scones
Amazing recipe, I will be making this time and again! I used fresh blueberries that were on sale and some fresh lemon and they turned out amazing. My husband who doesn't even like scones ate 3 and rated them 5 out of 5...that is saying a lot!

Sweet Corn Bread
This is really close to what I was looking for, I think if I just make a few adjustments this will be the perfect recipe. As is it's very good by itself! I would defanently pass on to friends.
