wow- this was really good. i made some changes too -- to make it a little healthier, i lowered the oil in the dressing and added orange juice. i also used a mix of nuts (they are for ice cream toppings - crushed peanuts, almonds, cashews and pecans) and cooked some chicken and threw that on the top too. i bet this would work with a mix of cabbage, spinach and other greens. i think you could throw some berries in there too.
