Best Tuna Casserole

really great! i added more milk (as suggested), used broccoli instead of peas, added a lot of garlic and will add some red pepper or cajun spices next time. this one's a keeper...

wow - this is fantastic! like others suggested - i didn't use the garlic salt, used real, organic maple syrup and added in fresh ginger. honestly, this was fantastic.. big win.

Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini

VERY good, really easy, and a big hit for dinner parties... i haven't tried this yet, but thinking i will just get a bag of frozen italian veggies and add to this next time. i used canned peeled diced tomatoes and it was fantastic. i'll probably add mushrooms next time too.

Peanut Butter Pie 2000

so easy, quick and delicious. i put it in a chocolate pie crust and put some crushed peanuts across the top. this is everyone's favorite at family gatherings...

really really good. thinking next time of doing a veggie version - green peppers, portabello mushrooms, onions, peas, broccoli... definitely add more milk to this, and something crunchy for the top. so good.

Napa Cabbage Salad

wow- this was really good. i made some changes too -- to make it a little healthier, i lowered the oil in the dressing and added orange juice. i also used a mix of nuts (they are for ice cream toppings - crushed peanuts, almonds, cashews and pecans) and cooked some chicken and threw that on the top too. i bet this would work with a mix of cabbage, spinach and other greens. i think you could throw some berries in there too.

Orange Blossom Trifle

I loved this recipe. It was a big hit at our Easter dinner. Used Cool Whip, added fresh raspberries and used more orange juice in the mix. Yummy

Grant's Famous Midnight Grill BBQ Sauce

this is fantastic...and so may variations with different types of base sauce. this last time, i used a honey based sauce, and put in a little soy instead of worcestershire sauce and it was just fantastic. It made even my tough critics (my neighbors from the south) impressed!

WOW!! definitely do the changes recommended - 1 less egg, no baking powder, more cocoa, 30 minutes. these are incredible. i have a new permanent brownie recipe!

Magic Lemon Pie

WAY TOO SWEET - i even cut out a tbsp of the sugar. the meringue was fantastic though...and it's really easy. not sure how to make it less sweet though.

Crispy Zucchini or Pumpkin Blossoms

very good - next time i'll use a LOT more spices, and maybe even stuff the leaves with a mushroom or cheese mix before breading them. This is a great start!!
