I was craving creamed spinach to go with spaghetti. This was perfect. I made it with parmesan cheese instead of cheddar and used 16 ounces of frozen spinach. This will become a new favorite!

Very good and easy recipe. I used less potato than recipe called for and still tasted great. This will be frequently made for my family.

This is a awesome, easy recipe, the only thing I do differently is reduce the amount of sugar and increase the garlic. Otherwise the sauce is thick and tomato rich, great red lead. I have used the 2 large cans of crushed tomatos and reduce the paste (used what was in the cabinet)and the sauce was still delicious. I have doubled the meatball recipe, made them larger and let them cook all day. This is a great quick recipe or all day simmer recipe.
