These were AWESOME!!! So moist, and I totally believe that it's due to the sour cream!!! I split the dough into two, added some vanilla bean and made a batch of Choc Chip Scones, and a batch of Vanilla Bean Scones. I didn't cut them into wedges, but instead cut them with a star-shaped cookie cutter! For the Vanilla Bean Scones, I added a Vanilla Bean Glaze on top. It turned out just like the Starbucks Petite Vanilla Scones! Gotta try them again with other mixins...:)

I made this for my coworkers last Christmas, and they were an absolute HIT!!! I made 4 kinds of almonds and these were the most popular! I brought in what I had saved for my family to coworker CK and he ate it ALL...including all the creams that fell off of the almonds!

These are YUMMY!!!...You can smell them from the other side of the house...:) Some people didn't really like the grainy texture, but that's what I absolutely LOVE about it!!!...That's probably because I love to top my Peanut Butter Toast with sugar...and it has to be granulated sugar!!...It's not necessarily the sweet part that I love...It's the crunch...:D
