Ribs with Plum Sauce
Not a bad flavor but wasn't thick enough to coat the ribs.

Chicken and Red Wine Sauce
Really good! I did mine in the slow cooker: I used about a cup and a half of red wine, about 1/3 cup of brown sugar, garlic powder, salt and pepper. I mixed it up and added the chicken, then cooked on low for two and a half hours. Incredibly moist and great flavor!

Jalapeno Chicken II
Very tasty. I used chicken breasts pounded thin, then stuffed a whole jalepeno with cream chese and rolled the hicken around it. I wrapped each in two slices of bacon, which held it all together nicely, and cooked for 30 min at 400. Next time, I think I'll try adding some cheddar cheese and then making a cream sauce to go over it. The chicken was sooo moist and the bacon really added to the flavor.
