Fluffy Pancakes
These were good! Fast easy and cheap. I used half whole wheat flour and half white flour. I like how you don't have to buy buttermilk. Some of the other recipes on here looked good, but I didn't have buttermilk.

Noodles Riviera
I thought this was good. It's easier if you mix it all together instead of layering it. The cream cheese was hard to spread over the sauce. My kids liked it and wanted more. I also used more cheese then it called for.

Penne with Chicken and Pesto
This was good. I liked the flavor. Next time I am going to use less Penne. It seemed like there needed to be more sauce with the amount it called for. It doesn't taste as good warmed up either.
