soooooo good!!! I made this even more low fat buy using non fat frozen whipped topping. I also used lemon cake mix and lemon pudding mix. I made this and bought another one for a baby shower and eveyone ate this one and asked for the recipe!!! so moist!! oh, I also used a 9x13 cake pan and the cake rose great. you definately need to mix it for the full time suggested.

To solve the "dryness" problem, I'd add the grilled pineapple slices submitted by praisegod on this site. They are delicous and would taste good in this wrap or as a side.
