Easy Chicken Enchiladas
I used onion powder in place of onion and did not have any no-salt tomatoes, so I used a can of tomatoes with green chiles. I also put a little extra shredded cheese on top before baking.

Amy's Garlic Egg Chicken
This was very garlicy (as expected), but if I made this for company I would decrease it just a little bit. Also, I did not use all the breadcrumbs, I would probably make about 1/2 to 3/4 the amount next time.

Smoky Chicken Spread
This turned out even better than I anticipated. It tasted great on crackers and I might also try it on pitas/sandwiches in the future. I used onion powder in place of onion and could not find smoked almonds, so I used a dash of liquid smoke along with regular almonds. I also mixed everything in a food processor to really blend it together. (Note, using canned chicken makes this very fast to put together!)
