I brought this to a dinner party and everyone there came back for second and third helpings. (And probably would have had more but it was gone) This is an excellent salad and the homemade dressing is fantastic! I will definitely make this again and again.

This is the best potato soup I've ever had. After making this, I swore off every other potato soup recipe I have. This is fabulous and it's so easy to make! I made a double batch so we could re-heat it and have it several times during the week.

I made this for a Hawaiian themed party. I personally don't care for coconut or mac. nuts so I didn't eat any but the folks at the party really liked them. There were only 2 or 3 squares left and the hostess of the party just had to keep them so she could have them for breakfast the next day. The only downfalls of this recipe are the cost - mac. nuts are expensive and though it's easy to make, it's time-consuming.
