Grilled Pheasant Poppers
My husband just went on his annual pheasant hunting trip. I threw this recipe in his bag, as it looked easy for a non-multitasking man. He called me and said they were great, and were a huge hit with the guys. They made them two nights in a row. I can't wait to try them myself. Thanks!!

Alaskan BBQ Salmon
Yum! We used 2 smaller filets, and cut the sauce in half. Wonderful!

Crispy Cucumbers and Tomatoes in Dill Dressing
Even better the next day! I used only 1tbsp. olive oil. Worth letting it sit for a few hours to meld the flavors.
