Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2009
Delicious! I did add the milk a little at a time as I added the sugar and I beat it a couple of minutes like you specified and it is super fluffy! One thing I did add was about a half teaspoon of vanilla...wonderful frosting! Thank you for sharing!

Cream Cheese Frosting II

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2009
This was so great but we added a variation. We used the recipe to the tee except that we added 1/2 cup of the sweeted strawberries in syrup (we buy it in the container in the walmart freezer aisle)It came out excellent...you could vary it according to your tastes but our recipe wasn't as sweet as some because we used it with vanilla cupcakes and wanted a contrast. Definitely one of the best and easiest frostings I have ever made.

Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2008
This was one of the easiest cookies I have ever made and they were SO good! I used another reviewer's advice and changed it to 1/3 c sugar, 1/3 c powdered sugar and 1/3 c brown sugar and they were soo yummy. Next time I will double the recipe. I took them to our church nursery for the Christmas eve service and they were gone before I could blink an eye. A couple of other tips, it was very helpful to sit and unwrap the kisses while the cookies were cooking so I could get them put in the cookies fast. Also, my daughter made some and she dropped the balls in white sugar before putting them on the cookie sheet...it gave it an added texture that was nice.

Scottish Shortbread II

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2008
This shortbread is REALLY good and super rich! It was almost too easy to make (I kept thinking "this can't be it, I must be missing something" but sure enough, it came out lovely. I did like the other cooks suggested and let it cool completely before I cut it.

Down-Home Dinner

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2007
This wasn't bad but I thought it was a little too "meaty"...almost like just eating burger mixed with soup. I'm sure it can be fixed up well but it sufficed well for a hot fall meal.
