Alyson's Broccoli Salad
Okay this became such a hit last summer, I brought it to almost every bbq we went to! I follow the recipe almost to a "t" but like others, prefer halved red grapes to the raisins. Tastes much more fresh and summery. I try to make it early in the morning or the night before and just put the sunflower seeds and bacon in a baggie to bring with me and add right before serving. This definitely lets the flavors meld and broccoli keep its crunch but still soften a bit, and the added texture of the sunflower seeds and bacon is great. Wonderful recipe that I will be making for years to come!

Irish Beef Stew
This was a great stew, very easy to prepare which what I was looking for on St.Patty's day morning. It was a big hit with the guys, meat was super tender. I thought it was lacking in flavor, it needed spicing up. Salt, pepper, herbs are definite simple but necessary additions to make this even better. I also added celery. Not greasy at all, not sure if other reviewers are using too much oil and/or are pouring the meat with the oil into the crockpot? I will make again but with more spices.

Jamaican Burgers
Edit: I am editing my review and giving it 5 stars because I did not read the instructions properly the first time I made these. You do not need egg - mashing the mixture holds it together great. Such a wonderful recipe, thank you! Great recipe! I would've given it 5 stars, but it was really lacking a main ingredient as others have stated: egg. We used 2 and the burgers held together great, even on our grill. Otherwise it would've fallen completely apart. Topped with lettuce, tomato and slices of avocado, awesome!
