Chocolate Eclair Dessert
This recipe is GREAT! I've made it for years and LOVE IT! My Chocolate Topping: NOTE: I double the Chocolate Topping recipe for better coverage. 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate 2 Tablespoons butter 2 Tablespoons white corn syrup 3 Tablespoons of milk 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 ½ cup powder sugar Melt chocolate, butter, corn syrup and milk. Stir in vanilla and sugar. Spread on top of dessert.

Absolute Mexican Cornbread
My husband really enjoyed this recipe. However, I did follow a few of the suggestions by other folks and added a few things myself. I decreased the sugar to ½ cup, added 1-10 ounce can of well drained diced tomatoes with chiles, chopped onions, green bell peppers, and taco seasoned hamburger meat. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Tartar Sauce I
This was wonderful! I increased this recipe to serve 40 and everyone enjoyed it. It's better than store bought. Thanks for sharing.
