I made this recipe exactly as stated with the exception of using corn tortillas instead of flour because I'm not that fond of flour tortillas. This is DEFINITELY a keeper! Delicious! The only thing I might change for the next time is adding two cans of green chilies instead of one. I might also add some enchilada sauce too, but it is FABULOUS as posted.

Excellent recipe. I also did as other reviewers suggested and used more potatoes, more eggs and pre-cooked the potato for about 20 minutes. I also added a little green pepper which really sent this over the top. Will definitely make again.

Wow, this was better than the pulled pork I had at our county fair a few weeks ago. As suggested by other reviewers I used Sweet Baby Rays barbecue sauce and it was to die for!

This recipe is spot-on! I had NO trouble with it and it came out exactly as described by Nickie75. If you are having problems with this recipe turning out correctly it is something you did wrong and not a problem with the recipe. If it says to use butter, use butter. I frosted brownies with this recipe and took them to work. Everyone wanted the recipe and some people were upset that they were all gone before they came on shift. AWESOME is all I can say : )

I followed the recipe to the letter. It didn't even come close to tasting like lobster. It's still a good recipe, but I wouldn't never have named it "mock lobster".

I made this recipe exactly as written. This was a tasty bread but I couldn't taste the strawberries at all. It tasted mostly like cinnamon bread. It took a lot longer to bake than recommended as well. If I make it again I'll use more strawberries as other reviewers have recommended and cut down on the cinnamon. There was way too much oil, so next time I would perhaps use milk or water and halve the oil. This recipe definitely has potential, but it wasn't what I expected.

Good cookies but not the best that I've had in the sugar cookie department. Definitely worth making though.

WOW! This recipe is so darn good! It exceeded my most lofty expectations and so EASY to make! You don't even have to grease or flour the pan. I will be making this recipe over and over again.

These burgers are truly DELICIOUS! The only thing I did differently was that I didn't have fresh parsley so I had to use dried. Wow, definitely a keeper!

Wow, if there was a ten-star rating, this recipe would get it from me. This is probably the best recipe that I've tried using chicken breasts, bar-none! I followed this recipe to the letter but didn't have the suggested cream cheese, so I followed another reviewers suggestion to mix cream cheese with garlic, onion powder and chives. It is simply AWESOME! A dish fit for company without a doubt. The suggestions that I would make is use 1/2 the cream cheese mixture that was suggested by the other reviewer and 1/2 the breadcrumb mixture because I had a lot leftover and even sprinkled extra over the top.

I followed this recipe to the letter with one exception. I put the roast in as I went to church figuring I would be back in time to prepare the sauce and baste the roast. As Murphy's Law would have it, I didn't get home until late and the roast was well done and it was too late in the evening to make the sauce. The roast was pretty darn good with just the rub. Two days later I decided to try the sauce with the leftover roast. Oh my, that put this roast over the top and then some! If this recipe can be this good with a two day delay for the sauce, I can just imagine how good it will be when I make it the way it was intended to be made. Definitely a five-star recipe. Will be making this one again and again.

My two Cocker Spaniels love this recipe! I rolled it out and cut with small cookie cutters. It makes a large batch so I froze them in a Lock & Lock and only took about one cup out at a time. They kept well for at least two weeks. Will definitely be making these again.

Being a great fan of ham, green beans and potatoes (a common meal in Pennsylvania) I figured this had to be as good if not better., and it was indeed better. I made the recipe as stated with the exception of putting more potato in and adding two large cloves of garlic sliced. What a great change from the normal grilled meals. It really didn't take as long to cook as I had thought that it would. Thanks!

This was good but nothing to write home about. I agree with other reviewers that it definitely needs more sauce, which I think would move it up to five stars instead of just four. I will try it again using more sauce and probably sour cream to give it some more punch. I did add two large garlic cloves and chopped green pepper to the hamburger or it would have been way too bland, so I will include that the next time as well.

AWESOME recipe! I followed this to the letter, but used real minced onions rather than the dried. I don't know if it's the garlic or the sour cream or probably both that sets this off, but this was much better than I had anticipated. Kudos to you for sharing!

These are simply AWESOME! They are just like my Mum made when we were kids. In Pennsylvania we refer to them as Whoopie Pies or Gobs.

Great taste and easy to make. This is only the 2nd time that I've tried making english muffins and both times they are cooked on the outside and doughy on the inside. I cooked them on low also, so maybe try even lower, or letting them raise longer for the 2nd raising. I'm determined to get this right!

This bread was very tasty, but once cut it dried out very quickly. I will try adding potato flakes the next time as another reviewer mentioned. Otherwise, it was a really good bread.

AWESOME brownies! This is without a doubt going to the top of my list for special treats. I didn't take time to make the brownie part and used a boxed mix instead and they still turned out amazing. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe.
