Refried Beans Without the Refry
I loved the consistency, but overall the flavor was a little dull to me. I added cumin and some garlic herb seasoning during the mashing. I would make these again if I needed A LOT of beans.

Tomato Basil Squares
These were a huge hit at my place. Personally I loved the taste, but I would love it even more on a thin crust. If I make it again, I will use the thin crust dough and dice my tomatoes so they don't end up sliding off with a bite. Very good!

Insanely Amazing Jalapeno Cheese Dip
Yummy!!! It was very good and could easily be prepared minus the bread. Everyone who eats spicy at my house loved it. As far as being oily - it wasn't until I reheated the leftovers.
