Zippy Shrimp Linguine
Personally I really liked it but the kids and husband just give it a 3. Didn't have a variety of squash so I used all winter squash. Also substituted curry for crushed red peppers. I would have liked the extra kick but would definitely use the curry again or even chinese spice blend. Prep took much longer than 5 min (20?) since squash also needs to be peeled, shrimp peeled, deveined. Maybe I'm just slow.

Satay Chicken Pizza
Soooooooo good just as is. Served for a girls night for something new and different and they all loved it. Spiciness and sweetness are a nice combo.

Grandma's Slow Cooker Vegetarian Chili
Made this for a crowd of 50. Yummy and easy to multiply. Loved that it was so chunky and flavorful.
