I am an avid gardener but living in the Midwest is very challenging! I enjoy new recipes and I often go on searches for the "best" of something. Right now I'm looking for a good macaroni and cheese recipe that's comparable to Kraft since it keeps getting more expensive to buy and less in the box! The third thing is that I'm a writer and I also enjoy composing music. We make a dish called Stufso. We don't know if it's a German or Indian dish but it is delicious! It is a mixture of meat and oatmeal fried into patties, a great breakfast dish.
