I am a happily married stay-at-home mom to 4 beautiful kids. My oldest is a sophomore in college and my youngest is a 1st grader. I especially love to bake, I consider it relaxing and fun! My latest endeavor is to create one-of-a-kind cookies for special occasions. My favorite tradition is to bake Christmas cookies with my family! My latest baking triumph was making Hedgie the hedgehog cookies for Jan Brett month at school. My son and his classmate were able to pet adorable baby hedgehogs and see the mommy hedgehog too! My son loved it and the cookies were a hit with his class! Fudge gets me everytime!
