I tried this on my pork chops today when I found out that I ran out of soy sauce for marinade. I didn't think the fish sauce and honey would work well together but it did! It was perfect! The boyfriend even asked for seconds. The only extra I added was a dash of red pepper flakes. This worked well with pork but I think it'll be even better with chicken.. Thanks!

We had this over rice. It was very flavorful and one of the top dishes I've made from this site. Unfortunately, it wasn't as spicy as I expected. Actually, it wasn't spicy at all.. ( i love spicy) I even added extra red pepper.. I will try again and adjust the spices.

i'm not sure what i did wrong. i followed all the directions. when i took it out, it looked like the outside cooked faster than the inside. the outside was hard and half of the inside was still wet. i put it back in for 10 more minutes...same. i dont think i under/over stirred the mixed. what could i have done wrong?
