Christmas Breakfast Casserole
Thank you for this easy breakfast idea! I followed reader's suggestions to add more egg and decrease the milk to 2 cups. I also added some Onion Onion seasoning from Tastefully Simple and that added a touch more flavor. Will definitely be a repeat at my house!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
Very Yummy! I followed this recipe exactly and it was a hit! I will say that the beer taste was a bit of a shock initally but after some time eating it the taste really evolved! Even better the next day. Thanks so much!

Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
I love pumpkin seeds...these were great! I made sure that the seeds were dry (dried them for more than 24 hrs to be sure)and I followed the recipe with the exception of adding garlic salt like one reviewer had suggested. I think I may just carve some more pumpkins just to get more seeds!
