Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs
I've made this without the meatballs and used sausage instead and with the meatballs. Can't go wrong this sauce is delicious

Grilled Marinated Shrimp
This is hands down the best grilled shrimp recipe ever. The only change I made is using ketchup instead of tomato paste simply because it is easer to squirt out 1T of ketchup then it is to open a can of tomato paste just for 1T. I have also cheated and bought shrimp that was already skewered, just don't cook those skewers marinated in oil over direct heat.
