About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
I love cooking pasta, trying different things with it, using whatever I have at home at the time. I also love baking a double batch of brownies in a 13x9 pan, this makes them nice and thick, but still chewy. I always add "extras" to them, nuts, chips, marshmallows, anything else...any comination.

Baked Penne and Smoked Sausage
This is wonderful, very good, easy to make. I substituted green beans for the peas since I didn't have peas. I didn't have the french fried onions, but it was great without them. I'd love it with them too. I will make this again, love dishes I can make using sausage.

Creamy Beef Casserole
This was a very good recipe. It was quick and easy to make and the sour cream made it very creamy. I didn't have the pimentos. I added canned mushrooms. I added some garlic...one of my favorite spices, I didn't add much though. I used crackers instead of brad crumbs and also added some ccheddar cheese to the top. That added some great flavor to this dish. I will make this again!

Easy Spinach Lasagna with White Sauce
Excellent recipe! I loved this recipe and adapted it a little. I added some seafood and that was excellent for Thanksgiving. It would be great without it too. I will make it again before next Thanksgiving!
