This was my third try at bread. The first two recipes turned out lousy, and I thought I'd give it one more shot.
This bread turned out perfectly. A fantastic, sweet, soft white bread. Absolutely amazing.
I made one loaf as a 'cinnamon swirl', and the other was plain. It's so good that you don't need to put anything on it!
I'm going to try to make one with less sugar, and toss some cheese into the center.
