Famous Pork Chops

Decided to make this tonight since I thawed out some pork chops. On other recommendations, I added only half the butter and removed the cover for the final 15min. Since my husband loved them, I gave the recipe 5 stars, since he's hard to please. Only wish they would have come out less soggy, for me.

Garlic Chicken

Ranch Burgers

I only had a pound of beef so I used half the ranch dressing, added bread crumbs instead of crackers and it tasted good. It's also very filling. Would make again.

No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars

This tasted great. I only added 3/4 cup of butter like the others recommended, but I would like to know how to keep the oatmeal from falling off the bars. Any suggestions?

Easy Stroganoff

As the title suggests, this is an easy and quick recipe to make. It used basic ingredients that I usually have on hand. It was a little bland for my taste so I just added some salt and pepper. But my daughter enjoyed this dinner, so I would definitely make again.

Beef and Bean Chimichangas

I tried to find a recipe that I had all the ingredients for in my kitchen and came across this one. I made it tonight and although, I personally didn't know how to roll the tortillas like a chimichanga, they tasted great! And they are very filling. I would definitely make it again.
