Chocolate Caramel Nut Cake
LOVED IT! I didn't add the nuts, but this has to be the best chocolate/caramel recipe I've tried in a long time!

Three Cheese Manicotti
I needed a manicotti recipe without meat for a friend's vegetarian mom...this was EXCELLENT. Thank you!

Garlic Cheddar Chicken
LOVE IT! It's hard to find new chicken recipes to replace old stand-bys, but this one did the trick. The only thing I did different was to put the crumb mixture in the food processor to make it easier to coat with. Thanks for the recipe!
