Mom's Best Macaroni Salad
Too sweet for my taste. My children weren't too excited about it, either. The dressing recipe strongly resembles bottled Marzetti's, so if you are like me and do not like Marzetti's pasta salad dressings due to the level of sweetness, you won't like this.

Barbecued Beef Ribs for Two
I like the method of how these ribs are made. I've been looking for a way to make them without burning them and this seems to be it. However, my family of 7 did not like the BBQ sauce in this recipe. Therefore, I will use this method in the future, but substitute a sauce I know my family likes.
