Flourless Chocolate Cake II
Easy, quick and delicious dessert. Just be sure to grease the pan very well and wait until the cake has completely cooled before you try to take it out of the pan.

Sweet Potato Minestrone
Delicious! Only change is that I browned some Italian sausage in the pot before I added the onions. Also, I added the sweet potatoes after all the other veggies, as some others mentioned that the sweet potatoes cook a little faster. It turned out amazing, and even my 4 year old daughter asked for seconds. Thank you for this great recipe!

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
Wonderful! I added some canned black beans and fresh carrots and celery to give my daughter some extra veggies. I sprinkled shredded cheddar cheese on each individual bowl, and this was a huge hit with my husband and daughter.
