I grew up in the kitchen of my mother's restaurant; I did all her baking, so my specialty is making people fat :) Southern food, though I love to make recipes from scratch (ie: making egg roll wrappers & filling before frying them). I am learning true whole grain cooking and have even bought a grain mill and several hundred pounds of a variety of grains!
