Creamy Rice Pudding
I had some leftover rice from chinese takeout so i skipped the first part of the recipe--my pudding didn't firm up either, probably because i didn't want to wait, so i added some small grain tapioca (about 2 tablespoons) and it turned out perfect. Will definitely have a new recipe for my leftover rice!!!
