Soft Oatmeal Cookies
This cookie recipe is awesome! I would put 6 stars if that were an option. I made them smaller than called for so it made one shy of four dozen. They were moist and so good. I added chocolate chips and Reese's Pieces. I highly recommend them.

Lemon Square Bars
I really liked this recipe. This was the first time I had ever made Lemon Bars, so I followed the recipe to the letter, and I liked it a lot. The crust was nice and the bars were, I thought, excellent. I think I will take these home to my next family gathering and get my Grandmother's take on them.

Chicken Tortilla Soup I
Loved this soup! I used a rotisserie chicken to use both light and dark meat, but it was just great. Loved the hominy. Thanks.
