Peanut Butter Vegetable Chicken Soup
Fantastic recipe! The only thing I did differently was add a bit more salt and pepper than the recipe called for at the end. (We prefer our soups rather seasoned.) Even my picky kids ate it! I'll definitely make it again (and again and again!)!

Quick and Easy Clam Chowder
Definitely a good recipe and couldn't be easier to make. My husband loved it "as is" but I would've preferred it more "chunky". When I make it again (and I will!), I will add diced potatoes.

Irish Soda Bread
My first-ever attempt at Soda Bread! I made this for St. Patrick's Day earlier this year and it was excellent - I didn't change a thing and will definitely make it again!
