Outstanding chicken! Very easy to make - like others suggested - I stuffed onion, lemon, garlic, salt, and rosemary into the cavity and rubbed olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary onto the skin. Meant to put breast side down but forgot - even still it was super moist! Next time (breast down) it will be even better.

By far the most outstanding, moist chicken that will ever come off the BBQ. Don't be worried about the soy sauce - it goes with ANYTHING - people have no idea what I used to make it - they love it!

I was excited about finally cooking stir fry from a proven recipe instead of just throwing things together last second. Sadly I was disappointed with the flavor of the meat and veggies. It tasted just like the premade frozen meal to me. Had to use a lot of soy sauce to get some flavor out of it... One of the few times my ratings have disagreed with the average - maybe I will try again soon.
