Naan
I was surprised that it came out so good! I do not bake at all but I followed the directions (including how to activate the yeast first). I had to set the bowl outside in the sun for it to rise a little quicker. Direct medium heat on the BBQ and they came out great!

Lemon Ginger Shrimp
Excellent flavor. Didn't have cilantro but used more ginger. Great texture too.

Fried Rice Restaurant Style
Great recipe - and the title is 100% right on - tasted exactly likr restaurant style rice! I went with the tips and browned the rice first with oil, used beef broth, added minced ginger and garlic, and also added white onion. Next time I think I will cut the carrots smaller and add a 3rd egg.
