Szechwan Shrimp
What a hit! Just the right amount of heat to satisfy all of us using the crushed red pepper flakes. After sauteeing the onion and garlic for thirty seconds, I stir-fried the shrimp until just pink. I removed the shrimp from the pan and stirred in steamed broccoli, carrots,and mushrooms, then I added the (tripled) sauce until hot and bubbly. Finally, I returned the shrimp to the mixture to heat them through.
