Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

Great recipe. Made it earlier in the day and cooked it later. Put barbeque sauce on top instead of catsup. Everyone in the family ate it. Tasted better the second day

YUM YUM YUM. Only change I made was 1/2 the amount of chocolate chips in the cheesecake mixture. Ate them cold. Will make again very soon.

Veal Scaloppini with Lemon Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2011
I have made just the lemon cream sauce a couple of times to put on chicken and it is great. It makes a lot of sauce so I always cut in 1/2 for me and my husband.

Kielbasa and Cabbage II

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2010
This was great. I did cut down the cajun seasoning to 1 tsp and added about 1 tbsp of spicy brown mustard. I served over egg noodles. This was very easy to make and tasted great. Save the leftovers because it is even better the next day.

Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2010
The only change I made was to double the amount of pumpkin puree (I used the entire can of Libby's). They also only took about 20 minutes in the oven. Next time I would let the milk and the eggs come to room temperature. Great Recipe. Will make again

Did not measure ingredients but I followed basic recipe. I did use canned corn because no fresh corn available. Served as a side to baked cod with some cajun seasoning on it. Very good.

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Very easy and very good. I used sirloin tip per another suggestion. The only extra spices I added were garlic powder and pepper. When I went to go shred/slice the meat 7 hours later it fell apart with the touch of the fork. Served on rolls with cheese and ghardinerra.

Mexican Pizza I

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2010
I sprayed my corn tortillas with cooking spray and baked at 375 for 10 minutes. I made into 2 layers. I put refried beans and the seasoned meat on the lower tortilla. I then placed a tortilla on top of that and added the salsa and shredded cheese. I put back in the oven for 10 minutes. They were great with sour cream, green onions, and chopped tomatoes on top.

Orange, Walnut, Gorgonzola and Mixed Greens Salad with Fresh Citrus Vinaigrette

Great salad. Made dressing per directions. Only difference in salad was to use mandarain oranges for convenience. Will make again. The salad does not need a lot of dressing and the recipe makes a lot so may cut ingredients for dressing in half next time

White Chili I

Good but definitely needed more seasoning. I only used 2 chicken breasts and 1/2 onion. Also used fresh cilantro. The rest of the seasonings I kept the same as original recipe. I also did not drain the beans. Topped with sour cream and cheese. Worth making again
