Hollandaise Sauce
We used this recipe with broiled cod and the flavor was amazing. We'll use it again with any white fish. Great recipe.

Lemon Sauce for Salmon Patties
I must have done something wrong because the sauce turned out very bland with a heavy flour taste.

Jeremy's Philly Steak and Cheese Sandwich
This looked really good but I didn't have all the ingredients, so I had to substitute. Instead of cream cheese, I used 5 wedges of the Laughing Cow garlic and herb cheese and eliminated the garlic. I used Mozzarella instead of Swiss and it still came out great. Love this sandwich!
