One Bowl Buttercream Frosting
I found out I didn't have any baker's chocolate after making my cake and needed a recipe using cocoa powder. I saw this recipe and had all the ingredients so I decided to give it a try. I didn't expect much from such a simple recipe but I was really surprised, this is extraordinarily good! Creamy and smooth! It's my go-to frosting now.

Lemon Bars I
These lemon bars are easy to make and so good! They had just the right consistency, perfect lemon flavor and a great shortbread base. I'm not sure if it's needed but I sprayed the upper sides of the pan after the shortbread was baked just because I was afraid the lemon part would stick. Maybe not needed but they came out of the pan very easily and it didn't seem to hurt anything. Thanks for a great recipe, Sallie.

Mustard Onion Pork Chops
I made this recipe because I had the ingredients on hand and it looked easy. I was really surprised when it was so good! I didn't give it 5 stars because I didn't use the amount of mustard called for, I just liberally brushed dijon mustard on the top. I used dijon because that's our favorite and less mustard was right for us because we loved it. I sprinkled the top with the onions rather than measured, but mine could have used more, so Amelia, you were right. Next time (and there will be a next time) I'm going to crush the onions to see if that's better, but this recipe is definitely a keeper!
