Lower Fat Banana Bread II

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2009
Great recipe. Loved it. My 4 yr old can smell it when she comes home from school and can't wait to eat it. I did bake it on the top rack for the most part, as my oven is strong, then moved to middle for last 15 mins. I don't let it cool too long, it tastes best right out of the oven.

Julia's Best Ever Chocolate Chip Cookies In A Jar

We can't stop eating them. They are sooo good. Even my 18 month old wants more...with no choc chips for her. So easy to make too.

Chicken Pot Pie III

Used Cream of Chicken soup instead and added some salt and black pepper. Filling was a little dry, but used the 1/2 can of soup, mixed with some milk, for gravy...taste was great.

Aaron's Chocolate Chunk Oatmeal Cookies

Great recipe, i substituted Devil's Food Cake mix and Vanilla pudding. Also, instead of 1 cup of choc chips i did one cup mixed of choc chips, white chips and walnuts. My Husband loved them.

Beer Batter

Loved it, added some salt. Used the batter for some onions rings and thin slices of potato, for the little one. Definetly will use again.

Spinach Cheese Bites

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2003
I made these for Thanksgiving, but i had a slight variation, i used frozen spinach instead of fresh. Otherwise i did as the recipe says, in all the ingredients. Once i had the mixture, instead of on crackers, i wrapped, small teaspoonfuls into some Pepperidge Farm Puff pastry sheets (rolled out, not too thin). Baked at 375 for 15-25 mins, depending on your oven, just watch them...these were eatan right up, even cold. Just do not fill too much, as the filling will leak out if you don't fasten the openings good.

Jalapeno Poppers I

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2003
We loved these poppers, i made them for thanksgiving. I made a few two days before to see how they would turn out and found i hadn't made enough. The night before Thanksgiving (since we had a 3 hour drive) i made the poppers...let them cool completely and packed them in a container. On thanksgiving i warmed them up, thoroughly in the oven, they loved them. Althougth they did taste better the day before, fresh, these were really good too.
