Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo
This was an ok recipe. It tasted like Stroganoff not alfredo. Not something I would make again but it we ate it.

Teriyaki Marinade with Ginger and Garlic
I used this marinade for stir fry sauce. I double the sauce, Substituted water for the white wine and added some brown sugar. Then I mixed 3 tablespoons corstarch with a little water added to the sauce.

Spanish Rice Original
I always double this recipe and DO NOT add more salt. There is enough salt from the bacon and the chicken stock. I was also tempted to add more liquid the first time I made it, but it comes out perfect. One of our favorite recipes.
