Pikelets (Scottish Pancakes)
This is a good recipe, but a bit runny and much better if you use golden syrup instead of sugar. (I think you lot call it corn syrup?) By the way, pikelets are Welsh. These are drop scones. To DannyMuirMhor: Who're you calling a sassanach, ye raj? ;)

Best Peanut Butter Cookies Ever
I originally nade these for my son. Unfortunately he's not getting any because they're too nice. I think I deserve them, after all it took me about ten minutes to make and bake them. Mmmm. Go down well with rum. :)

Banana Banana Bread
Well, I had some bananas to use up and, rather than waste them (I'm Scottish - too mean to throw out food) I thought I'd make something. It was either this or a banana daquiry. Since I was already drunk I thought I'd go for the bread. It smelt gorgeous while it was cooking. It came out perfect (not bad considering I wasn't paying attention to the time - see above, moist, not burnt - hurrah! I took my first bite, holding my breath in aticipation - meh. Bit bland. I was so dissapointed I got the blender out and make daquiries after all. It's not bad with some Nutella slathered on though. Would someone explain Pumkin Pie spice for the brit in the corner?
