Braised Pork Chops
meat is tender. I only cooked for 35 minutes. used water with a chicken bouillon cube instead of stock. very salty. but tasted great!

Orange Pork
defintely will make again! I cut pork into strips, dredged in flour. sauteed garlic and subbed brown for white sugar. Excellent for how easy it is.

Delicious Easy Chicken Francese
was ok but amounts are off. too many eggs, too much broth. must add cold water to cornstarch first to avoid lumps. also, up temperature to 350 and bake for longer. as written it's ok but will be much better next time when I make adjustments.
