Brown Rice Lentil Salad
DELICIOUS!!! This recipe is a must have. It is fresh, healthy and tasty. Very easy to prepare. I love it and will make it again and again.

Light and Creamy Brown Sugar and Chocolate Frosting
Are you kidding with this. It tastes light chocolate cool whip. This is NOT a frosting. Very disapointed.

Florentine Artichoke Dip
I thought it was very good. I made it ahead of time, then popped it in the microwave to heat when I was ready to serve it. It makes a huge batch, so if you need just enough for 8-10 people, I would cut the recipe in half.
