I have a collection of cookbooks that exceeds 150 and love to dig through them and try new recipes. Anything chocolate! Made a gourmet Death By Chocolate recipe from a PBS television cook that cost $100 for the ingredients. It took 2 days to make. Well worth the trouble though. We all have them. I once tried to make chocolate bowls to put mousse in by melting chocolate and dipping baloons in them; when they cooled you pop the baloon and have little dishes to put pudding in. When I put the balloon in the chocolate they exploded all over me and the kitchen 2 hours before company was due to arrive. My husband thought this was hysterical
