Salmon Chowder
This dinner was so fabulous that even my kids ate every drop! I actually made it in the crock pot, though, instead of on the stove. I put all the first ingredients in at around 8:30 am and then around 4:30 pm I put in the final ingredients (evaporated milk, cheese, corn, salmon). By 5:30 we had a very delicious meal with plenty leftover for another meal (there are 2 adults, a 5 and 8 year old in our family who ate their fill). I will definitely make this again!!
