Balsamic Chicken and Pasta
I loved this, it was very fresh tasting I have to admit I was a bit worried that there was too much Balsamic and it would taste too vinegary..... loved the basil in this too

Braised Lamb Shanks
Unfortunately i only read the first few reviews and not the last ones that commented about too much vinegar! I have tried to add honey, brown sugar, beef stock but its still too vinegary for me sorry!

Salad with Prosciutto and Caramelized Pears and Walnuts
Although i thought this was nice, i dont think its worth all the effort. I probably wont make it again, sorry
