Husband's Delight
I thought this sounded pretty good and looked so easy, but we found it to be extremely bland and unfortunately ate less than half of it.

Enchilada Casserole III
My entire family of VERY picky eaters loved this! Didn't change a thing except added more cheese just because we all are cheese lovers! Will definitly be making again!!!!

Meandus' Easy Dinner
At first, I thought this recipe sounded very bland, but I tried it with two small changes. I used frozen hash brown potato shreds instead (all I had) and added onion to the meat when browning. It was really good and super simple. I will be making again when I need something quik, easy, and tasty.
