Ham and Cheese Breakfast Quiche
I also used bacon instead of ham, 1 additional egg, a touch bit more cream. I also added a little leftover chopped spinich that I had and it was delicious.

Pasta with Tomato and Bacon
This is a great alternative to the regular spaghetti sauce. Make sure you use a good cut of bacon to get that great smokie flavor. I really enjoyed it and it was a great way to use some of the fresh herbs from my garden.

Broccoli and Cauliflower Casserole
A great fall recipe and it calls for most things you already have in your pantry. I thought it made a great side dish with roast beef.
