Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

I love to bake and I'm sorry but these cookies were NOT 5 star cookies. They were on the crispy side - not chewy or moist at all. I sent them to my husband's firehouse (so that's a lot of non-picky men that eat ANYTHING in sight) and even they didn't think they were all that great. I won't be using this recipe again. They were OK but there are better versions out there...

Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge

This recipe was good but wayyyyyyyyyyyy to sugar-y for me. However, an excellent alternative is to make this a chocolate peanut butter fudge. Right after you stir the marshmellow cream in, pour half the mixture over a bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips in a seperate bowl. Then add half the jar of peanut butter and vanilla to the remaining mixture. Spread the chocolate fudge, then peanut butter fudge on top and swirl with a spoon for a marble effect. THAT was a five-star fudge!

No Bake Cookies III

Some of the best I've ever tasted!!!!!!! They taste exactly like a Reese's PB cup!!! (I am snakcing on them as I tyoe this)! To store, place in an airtight Tupperware and stick in the fridge...keeps them firm and fresh tasting.

Mmmm these are delish!! I used apricot and raspberry preserves. The dough, like stated, is VERY stiff though.....so make sure to work quickly.
