Kickin' London Broil with Bleu Cheese Butter
This came out GREAT! My wife said it was her favorite meal I have ever made. I marinated using the "London Broil I" recipe on this site. I added 3 tsp of white vinegar to tenderize the meat. After 8 hours I added the rub and then grilled it for 12 minutes each side over low heat on the grill and it was amazing!

Slow Cooker Barbeque
Very easy. Just like many people I drained it after the original 8 hours. I don't see how you can not as it is just a big soupy mess. I even trimmed off as much of the fat is possible beforehand. Draining it and then adding in more sauce made it amazing though!

Sweet Lime Iced Tea
I think this is the perfect amount of sweet and the lime is refreshing although it could be left out if desired.
