Pecan Pie Encrusted Pecans

WOW - These were a HUGE hit! My guests were asking for take home containers. They taste even better after they sit for a day. I will definitely be making these again soon!

The Whole Jar of Peanut Butter Cookies

Yum! These were my first attempt at ever making peanut butter cookies and they turned out amazing! They have a "mall store" peanut butter cookie flavor. Loved them!

Cherry Limeade I

I made this recipe for a summer BBQ and my guests loved it! It has been a request ever since. It is as good, if not better, than Sonic's Limeaid. Big Hit!!

Mom's Baked Beans I

Reviewed: May 16, 2003
I finally found a recipe close to the one my grandma used! I did add brown sugar (cause I always remember my grandmother adding it), but other than that I followed the recipe. They turned out wonderful, my whole family agreed!

BBQ Dry Rub

Reviewed: May 16, 2003
Amazing results! When I first mixed the ingrediants together I was a little skeptical. But boy was I wrong! I put the rub on a large tri-tip and once it sat on the grill for about 5 minutes it carmilized perfectly, and the smell - yum!! It had that perfect blend of sweet and spice to make the tri-tip mouth watering. Can't wait to try it on chicken!!

Amusement Park Cornbread

Reviewed: May 16, 2003
WOW!! That is how I would describe this recipe! It was very easy to prepair and turned out fabulas! I did increase the bake time by about 10-15 min. I had my family over for a BBQ and they all raved about the corn bread - they couldn't believe that I made it from scratch! Look out Marie Calandar, you have some compatition! Thanks for the great recipe.
