I currently live in Leander Texas. I moved here in August of 2005 from my home town of Modesto California. My cooking style was influenced mostly by my grandma. I was always amazed at the fact that she could cook chicken a million and two ways! her knack for not measuring and getting everything perfect all the time still amazes me to this day.

My grandmother's mashed potato recipe (her secret was mayonase).
My cooking triumphs
Taking over the Holiday meals after my grandmother passed away and everyone loving them! Grandma is quite a lot to measure up to.

Cheesecake. :(
