Honey Baked Chicken II
This is one of my favorite recipes on this site! I use chicken breasts rather than whole chicken pieces. As per previous reviews, I cut the amount of butter in half. I also usually don't have curry, so I substitute an equal amount of cumin and coriander with a dash of cinnamon. Everything else is the same. I bake it covered for 45 minutes and then uncover for the remaining baking time. My husband and kids love this.
